His focus is on ensuring that the Sourcing team are helping the business through multiple strategic change projects and evolving the Sourcing team's operating model. His specialties are stakeholder management, negotiations, marketing & IT procurement, outsourcing and offshoring. Philip will be hosting the Roundtable ‘Next Generation Outsourcing – Where Is Investment Going?’ on the 6th December.
